Pluscarden Pentecost Lectures: Transfiguration of the Commonplace. Dr Linden Bicket: The Abbot and Community of Pluscarden Abbey are pleased to announce this year’s Pluscarden Pentecost Lectures which will take place in St Scholastica’s Guesthouse, Pluscarden Abbey, from the afternoon of Tuesday 21 – the morning of Thursday 23 May 2024. This year’s lecturer will be Dr Linden Bicket from the Edinburgh University School of Divinity. She will give four lectures on the theme of Scottish Catholic Literature and the ‘transfiguration of the commonplace’
